P6发展集团已经宣布为博卡拉顿市中心提出新的建设项目。新的精品风格的豪华共管公寓项目将被称为475皇家棕榈。
475皇家棕榈将由三个九层楼组成。由RLC Architects的Juan Caycedo与景观设计师Mark Jacobsen合作设计，这种“Mizner风格”的开发将包括地下停车场。根据Caycedo的说法，475 Royal Palm将是Addison Mizner建筑的当代演绎，提供独特的特色和灵活的开放空间。
在475皇家棕榈公寓住宅将提供两种尺寸，半地板和全层。全层住宅将为其拥有者提供极好的360度全景。虽然这个新建筑项目最多可容纳48个公寓单位，但开发商预计最终数量将在36到38个单位之间。
