爱丽舍 ，在迈阿密附近一个57层高的公寓海滨Edgewater的 ，有望打破地面下周三上午，几个月收到$ 16.5万元，建筑贷款之后。这个伸缩形建筑将由100个半地板和全层的公寓组成，每个公寓都可以直接看到比斯坎湾。
位于迈阿密发展最快的社区之一，爱丽舍迈阿密位于交通便利的设计区和迈阿密市中心附近。由Arquitectonica设计，独特的三层塔将成为Edgewater最具标志性的建筑。
