根据计算全美最大城市面积的Zillow新报告， 迈阿密的中位房价上涨了7％比全年平均水平略高一点。

在全国范围内，房屋价值比去年上涨6.5％。在迈阿密，房屋中位数上涨了6.8％，相当于大约$ 16,400的增幅。同时，库存减少了约1个百分点。同一项研究发现，全国中位数租金上涨2.2％，至每月1,432美元，迈阿密租金下降1.5％，至每月1,848美元。

房屋价值涨幅最大的城市是圣何塞，年增长率达到12.3％。西雅图以11.7％排在第二位，拉斯维加斯以11.2％的房价上涨位居第三。
