迈阿密的温伍德（Wynwood）社区不仅是这座城市中最炙手可热的地方之一，也是即将到来的公寓发展之地。根据Real Deal的分析，Wynwood地区在新的多户发展方面是最活跃的，对城市提交的许可证比任何其他地区都多。在Wynwood-Edgewater-Midtown Miami地区，该市建筑部门共录得四个新项目，合计727个单位。该地区已经有一些新的建筑，包括Wynwood 25和Wynwood 26。
