为卖家好消息！迈阿密和劳德代尔堡房地产市场在八月反弹。相比前一个月的销售额时迈阿密 - 戴德县，布劳沃德县现房销售强得多。
而在迈阿密现有的单户住宅和公寓销售的整体成交量逐年下降3.3％，单户住宅销量达到了22年来的最高水平。这些销售阻止另一个市场自由落体一样，在整体销售数字七月份的20％的下降看出。迈阿密公寓的销售从2015年8月，这仍低于七月份的24.7％的跌幅更下降13.6％。
