计划为14层，豪华公寓塔大道西迈阿密海滩最近被披露。由普利兹克奖获奖建筑师Jean Nouvel设计，独家开发包含80公寓，至少有2复式住宅。如果获得批准，这将是建筑师的第一个住宅的建筑在南佛罗里达州。
