根据一项新的报告显示，迈阿密是在2015年世界第七顶级豪宅房地产市场的2014年，迈阿密结束第9名，而在2013年，迈阿密拿了第八名的位置。伦敦是1号在2015年，而迈阿密排名领先的像旧金山，巴黎和多伦多重要的全球城市。
所谓“奢侈品”是不明确的。该报告根据不同的每一个特定的城市定义它。在迈阿密，高档楼盘被归类为起始为200万美元。在摩纳哥豪华房地产开始为1000万美元，伦敦为700万美元，洛杉矶和纽约都在500万美元。
