玻璃南滩现已正式完成并开放供居民。在18层的项目是最后的高楼要建在南方的十五迈阿密海滩著名的住宅区。适当命名的玻璃塔是由著名建筑师勒内·冈萨雷斯设计，只包含10超独特的公寓。壮观的发展的目的是要突出城市的自然元素，并出现非物质化，因为它上升。
