After the success of the first two Paraiso Bay condo towers in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, Related Group has revealed plans for a third tower known as One Paraiso. One Paraiso will rise 53 stories and contain 276 luxury condos.
One Paraiso will be designed by renowned architects Arquitectonica, with interior design by Piero Lissoni. Enzo Enea is providing lush landscaping. Prices in the luxury tower will range from 600 to 700 dollars per square foot.
Construction on One Paraiso is expected to begin in November 2014, and building completion is scheduled for 2017. One Paraiso sales are currently underway.
