Related Group revealed plans for another new tower in the Paraiso Bay project in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Architects Arquitectonica and interior designer Karim Rashid are teaming up on the new development known as Paraiso Bayviews.
Paraiso Bayviews will be set slightly back from Paraiso Bay and One Paraiso on the 5-acre waterfront lot. The new, 44-story building will include 396 condos. The four Paraiso towers will contain 1,362 luxury residences in total.
