The Mansions at Acqualina condo tower in Sunny Isles Beach has been topped off. At 649 feet, the ultra-luxury oceanfront tower is now the 5th-tallest building in Florida.
The Mansions at Acqualina was constructed to the maximum height allowed in Sunny Isles Beach. The luxury condo building contains 79 lavish residences, with 90 percent already in contract. Building completion is scheduled for 2015.
Two other new construction residential buildings in Sunny Isles Beach will eventually match the height of the Mansions at Acqualina. Muse and Porsche Design Tower Miami will also rise to 649 feet.
