Another luxury condominium at the Apogee Miami Beach recently sold for 12.4 million dollars. The sale set a record in Miami-Dade County for the highest price paid for a non-oceanfront, non-penthouse unit. A similar condo in the Apogee sold for 10.5 million dollars in January.
The recently sold Apogee condo contains 4,154 square feet and 3 bedrooms. The buyer paid approximately 3,000 dollars per square foot for the ultra-luxury residence. Situated in Miami’s prestigious South of Fifth neighborhood, the Apogee South Beach represents the finest in luxury waterfront living.
Low inventory and high demand continue to send Miami condo prices skyward. This sale follows a string of other high profile sales, including a 34 million dollar sale at the Edition Miami Beach. A penthouse in the Mansions at Acqualina is currently on the market for 55 million dollars.
